Merchants and residents are excited to continue building a sense of community in this area, through the promotion of events and the cultivation of green and communal spaces. A nascent merchant association encourages residents to think about the manifold advantages of supporting the various local, small businesses that make the Mission Creek area unique, while providing advocacy, networking and information to assist these companies.

• Provide a center of communication for new and existing businesses in the Mission Creek area
• Encourage businesses to work together on cross marketing, events, and projects that benefit Mission Creek and the mutual interest of businesses and residents
• Expand awareness of the Mission Creek area and its professional resources
• Maintain a census of area businesses and work together to address safety, business promotion and quality of life issues
• Conserve and nourish the Mission Creek distinctive character, charm and ambiance

• Listing in the EBX Indie Biz Directory with the EAST BAY EXPRESS and limited advertising capability (other press channels coming soon).

• We will set up Merchant to Merchant Discounts.
• Monthly Meetings held on the third Tuesday. We will have a meeting agenda including: what’s going on in our neighborhood, city issues, ect.
